Bunny Pool Party

Join us at The Southernmost House in Key West from 10:30 AM to 5:00 PM for an Official Fantasy Fest Event, the unforgettable, oceanfront, adults-only Playboy Bunny Pool Party. Spend the day poolside at one of Key West’s most iconic historic properties with an exclusive pool pass, live DJ, drink specials, spectacular Atlantic Ocean views, and plenty of Florida sunshine. Come dressed for the occasion, bring your bunny ears, and get ready for a glamorous Fantasy Fest pool party in Key West unlike any other. Topless sunbathing is welcome as long as you wear your bunny ears!

Includes access to the Southernmost Pool area and bar, where you can soak up the Bunny Pool Party atmosphere, enjoy music and entertainment, grab your favorite drinks, and soak up the oceanfront vibes.
VIP Tickets
Take your party to new heights. VIP Sky Bar access includes exclusive entry to our elevated lounge with panoramic views of the Bunny Pool Party, a private bar with dedicated bartending service, and a limited-capacity setting designed for a more elevated experience. Enjoy the energy of the party with the comfort and exclusivity of your own VIP retreat.
Staying with us during the event?
You’re already on the guest list! Southernmost House hotel guests receive complimentary general admission to the Pool Party, so there’s no need to purchase a separate ticket.
FAQs
Should I wait to purchase my tickets at the door the day of the event or purchase them now?
We will have tickets available at the door as long as the event is not sold out. While we want to have fun, we want to ensure safety for our guests by not overselling the event. Purchasing tickets in advance gives you peace of mind and guarantees your entry (no waiting in line hours before the event!)
If I purchase my tickets online, how do I get into the event?
You will be emailed a confirmation along with a QR code for every ticket purchased. Every guest will need to present their QR code upon entry, we will scan it, give you a wristband and you’re IN!
If I leave the party, can I re-enter?
Yes! As long as you are wearing your wristband. If your wristband looks altered or lost, we reserve the right to decline entry.
Can I use the Southernmost House Pool whenever I want?
Absolutely, as long as it is within the party window of 10:30AM to 5PM on Friday, October 23rd. Any other time, our pool is exclusive to our hotel guests only unless otherwise noted.
What should I wear to the Bunny Pool Party?
Anything you want! Bunny ears are strongly encouraged and we will even let you go topless as long as you are wearing them. You’re welcome.
Why did the price increase for general admission this year?
We enjoy this party so much and know you do so we decided to add an additional 1.5 hours to the event! Good news - all ticket prices include tax this year so there are no additional charges!
Will you provide food & drinks during the party?
While it is not included in the ticket price, Seaside Cafe will be open to serve you refreshing cocktails and delicious bites for the duration of the party.
