• Exclusive use of the Southernmost House
  Enjoy complete and private use of this tropical, Victorian mansion and grounds for your special event. Your ocean side, island venue includes all eighteen beautifully renovated rooms and will provide your guests with elegant comfort during your special event. Your guests will enjoy the pool area and grounds in leisurely fashion as you spend quality time together before and after the main affair without intrusion from strangers. Wake up to a fresh breakfast and sip your morning coffee gazing at the amazing hues of the Atlantic Ocean. After the festivities or at the end of your evening, return to your romantic rooms and fall into carved wood beds listening to the waves and island breezes.


• Oceanfront Deck (4,056 sq. ft)
  Our stone fortified deck forms the southernmost border of the property overlooking the Southernmost Point in the Continental U.S., where the Atlantic meets the Gulf. An expansive area offering breathtaking vistas, the Oceanfront Deck is ideal for a large wedding and/or reception.


• The Pavilion (828 sq. ft)
  Slightly elevated and covered, this open-air structure provides stunning vistas of the ocean. The Pavilion also features a fully operational bar with two bartender stations for optimal guest service.


• Poolside Patio (550 sq. ft)
  Our gorgeous vintage bricked patio is located between the Pavilion and pool. It serves as an ideal spot for small gatherings or as an overflow area for guests socializing in either of the two adjoining areas.


• Poolside Promenade (1780 sq. ft)
  Beautiful stone tiles frame our serene poolside promenade making it a dramatic spot for ceremonies and receptions.


• Southernmost Veranda (950 sq. ft)
  An authentic Key West style wrap around veranda, only this one has played host to many celebrities, Presidents and dignitaries since 1897. Overlooking the ocean or the stately entrance to the mansion, its offers a stunning backdrop for a romantic wedding among friends and family.


• Hemingway Salon (340 sq. ft)
  Featuring a beautiful bay window alcove and original pocket doors, this sophisticated space is perfect for exclusive events or private gatherings.
