During his Key West residency, Ernest Hemingway often visited the Southernmost House and was known to go horseback riding in Sugarloaf Key. Hemingway often kept his saddle at the house, and in keeping with that tradition, it's still hangs here today on the wall of the lobby. The house is also proud to share its collection of original Hemingway letters, the largest of its kind in Florida. The spectacular oceanview Hemingway Room has a king bed and is footsteps away from the pool.
